I am reposting the original bow since the new blog design doesn’t show the picture as well. This picture was taken on Veteran’s Day 2009 in Edmonds, WA, USA. I chose this location because it is a place I have taken many photos of my children as they have grown up and the Orca is a symbol of harmony, beauty, power and strength in the legends of the native people of our region.

Though I do not have a Yellow Ribbon in my Yard for Bowe, I do wear a red (designating Prisoner of War) POW Bracelet for him 24/7 in hopes of his safe return soon. I have not taken it off since I received it except a few minutes ago to take the attached picture of it I am sending to his family and to add to your blog, or wherever it is needed.
