I am reposting the original bow since the new blog design doesn’t show the picture as well. This picture was taken on Veteran’s Day 2009 in Edmonds, WA, USA. I chose this location because it is a place I have taken many photos of my children as they have grown up and the Orca is a symbol of harmony, beauty, power and strength in the legends of the native people of our region.
